1. GroomEdge 30-Day Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used grooming tools (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
2. How to Return Your GroomEdge Products
If you need to return a product, please contact us at Groomedge1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
